By using the website or engaging us, you agree to them. A signed proposal, statement of work or contract with us takes priority over these terms where they differ. ## Our services We design and build websites, mobile apps, SaaS products and MVPs, provide UI/UX and web design, and supply dedicated developers and designers. What we deliver for a particular project is described in the proposal or plan you choose. ## Quotes and pricing - Prices on the website are in US dollars and are starting prices. “Starting from” prices depend on scope, which we agree with you before work begins. - Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. - Prices exclude taxes, payment-processing fees and third-party costs (such as app store accounts, hosting, paid APIs, fonts or stock media) unless the quote includes them. ## Fixed-price projects (Prototype and MVP) - We agree the scope, deliverables and timeline in writing before we start. Delivery times (for example 48 hours for a prototype or 4 weeks for an MVP) start once we have the information, content and access we need from you. - Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it. - Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is payable upfront and 50% on delivery. ## Monthly plans (Design Maestro, Dev Squad, Digital Duo) - Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. - **Unlimited requests** means you can add as many requests as you like; we work through them in your order of priority — one at a time, or two in parallel on Dev Squad. Most tasks are delivered in under 48 hours; larger tasks are broken down and estimated up front. - **Pause:** you can pause your plan at any time. Unused days in the current billing period are saved and resume when you restart. - **Cancel:** you can cancel at any time with no contract or cancellation fee. The plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. - **7-day refund:** if you’re not happy within the first 7 days of your first month on a plan, tell us and we’ll refund that month’s fee in full. Later months are not refundable, but you can cancel or pause at any time. ## Dedicated developers - Dedicated developers and designers are engaged monthly. The monthly rate, working hours and notice period are set out in your agreement. - They work under your direction, in your tools and processes. We remain their employer and handle payroll, equipment and HR. - If a developer isn’t the right fit, tell us and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost. - You agree not to hire our team members directly, or through another company, during the engagement and for 12 months afterwards without our written consent. ## Payments Invoices are due within 7 days unless agreed otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received. ## Your responsibilities You’ll provide the information, content, feedback, accounts and access we need, on time, and make sure you have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates. ## Ownership of work - Once you’ve paid in full for a deliverable, you own the final designs, source code and content we create specifically for you, and we hand over the files and access you need. - We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use any that are part of your deliverables. - Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences. - Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and show non-confidential work in our portfolio. ## Confidentiality We keep your confidential information private and use it only to provide our services. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details. ## Warranty and support We fix defects in work we’ve delivered that you report within 30 days of delivery, at no charge. After that, support and changes are available on a monthly plan or quoted separately. ## Limitation of liability We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services concerned in the three months before the claim. ## Website use Content on this website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it’s complete or current. You may not copy the website’s content or design for commercial use without our permission, or use the site to send spam or attempt to disrupt it. ## Ending an engagement Either side can end a project or plan in writing if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn’t fix it within 14 days. You pay for work completed up to that point. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Peshawar have jurisdiction over any dispute. We’ll always try to resolve concerns informally first. ## Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
